Ah ok lol I was projecting, anytime I see diet, my mind thinks fat loss, but that's not everyone's goal, but yeh get that steamer back, to add veggies to the rice for sure!

The rice diet is empty calories anyway. That's probably the worst thing you can eat if trying to lose fat. Steam veggies & beef instead.
