Continuing with my exploration of the Infectio Modifier, today I worked out how to grow a mesh with it. This is probably the simplest example possible showing that capability, but I tried to make it look more interesting with space lighting :)

The idea here is that first I make each face of the mesh a particle, then once they're particles I can use particle modifiers to do stuff to them. In this case I used a Scale modifier.
When the face particles are born they have a scale of zero. I then use the Infectio modifier to spread that modification from the infection points. It's just that easy! :D

Like I mentioned, this is the simplest example, but it could be done on any mesh, so a person, a logo, whatever. Lots of use cases.
That's all that's on the menu for your eyeballs today. Hope ya likey. Thanks for looking peeps!
I love them, what programs are you using? And if that's the beginning I can't imagine when you're doing more complex things.
Thanks @mavips! I'm using Cinema 4D, and a few plugins for Cinema. X-Particles and Octane Render. Thanks for stopping by! :)
