So yesterday the stackitis was overwhelming and demanded appeasement. So I decided it was time to try one of the 10oz at spot specials online retailers offer. I've bought a fair bit of silver from online retailers, but I have been buying collector pieces, things I like. Not stuff I am likely to want to sell off at a moment's notice.
Several places have these specials, but some of them are offering a single 10oz bar, and I wanted 1oz rounds. My intent is to donate a couple of these for the upcoming MR, and don't think I am quite ready to cut a part if a 10oz bar down.
So it came down to Provident Metals 10 prospector rounds or Monument Metals 10 randoms.
I like the Prospector rounds, but the lure of randoms and the possibility of getting a couple of different kinds of rounds won out, and I went with the Monument Metals deal.
Now I had to hedge against the possibility of getting 10 Republic Mint rounds like some people have reviewed that they received, so i decided to place an order of some stuff for the treasure box.
I headed over to Apmex and ordered 6 rounds. Several of which I had seen in recent #ssg raffles but didnt win.
