This is a very rare find indeed. My wife and daughter spotted this Crafter acoustic guitar in the window of the local charity shop and decided to investigate and then quickly bought it because they thought I might find it interesting.
What they had found was this very rare Crafter guitars Model SGA-008/n.
How do I know it is rare you may ask?
Try looking for one online. You will not find this model for sale anywhere?
Except for just one example which is spread over several websites including eBay and a few auction sites which has now been withdrawn from sale?
It's over 20 years old and is in amazing condition so I decided to give it a clean up and oil the fretboard with some boiled linseed oil and slap a fresh set of D'adario strings on it.
It cleaned up a treat and sounds great.

You're a lucky man if your wife will buy you a guitar like that :) That bridge is less fiddly than pins. I wonder if it make a difference to the sound.
Enjoy!

Haha I should be so lucky. My daughter bought it. My wife was horrified 🎶🎸😂😂
I'm not sure if that bridge affects tone but it is a whole lot easier to work with. No pins to lose.
Actually my daughter would be more likely to buy me something like that, but then she is a musician too.
I played a solo set at an open mic last week. Have hardly done that in the last couple of years. It went well considering.
