I like them both. I might go for somewhere in between. Some saturation but less than 100%. I might even get fancy and take out the power lines :)...
Just messing with the filters gives some interesting effects.
The power lines add something to the image for me. I don't know what? But it makes it more desolate somehow?

I prefer the second image @melometer for me the second image is somewhat unique

i think the first one without any filter or saturation will look more beautiful and attractive on wall <3
