Today I want to share with you a game that surprised me a lot. I had completely erased from my memory this game which I had installed in my PC many years ago. To be frank, I forgot everything about this game, in fact while I was playing I didn't remember anything at all, so it was as if it was the first time I played it. Shooter games are not my forte, in fact of all the gameplay I've done so far there are very few of this genre.
So I bring you Quake II (Windows version), a game that was released for several platforms and that at the time had great success for its excellent graphics and good gameplay. At first I said that the game surprised me a lot because I genuinely had fun. I don't usually get too deep into games because I know I won't have the time to develop them to the end, but this one could easily be the exception, we'll see.
Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes un juego que me sorprendió mucho. Y es que había borrado por completo de mi memoria este juego el cual tuve instalado en mi PC hace muchísimos años. Para serles franco, olvidé todo respecto a este juego, de hecho mientras jugaba no recordé absolutamente nada, así que fue como si hubiera sido la primera vez que lo juego. Los juegos de Shooter no son mi fuerte, de hecho de todos los gameplay que he hecho hasta ahora son muy pocos los de este género.
Es así que les traigo Quake II (Versión de Windows), un juego que fue lanzado para varias plataformas y que en su momento tuvo gran éxito por sus excelente gráficos y buena jugabilidad. En principio dije que el juego me sorprendió mucho porque genuinamente me divertí. No suelo adentrarme mucho en los juegos porque se que no tendré el tiempo para desarrollarlos hasta el final, pero este fácilmente puede ser la excepción, ya lo veremos.
For this gameplay I chose Unit 4: Mines, I think it was an ideal scenario to take the initial look and explore the interesting spaces of this game which have a very good view. I think the enemies that appear are very worthy since they have an acceptable strength, in fact, they don't die as easily as I expected considering that the difficulty I chose was "Medium".
Para este gameplay elegí la Unit 4: Mines, creo que era un escenario ideal para echar el vistazo inicial y explorar los interesantes espacios de este juego los cuales gozan de muy buena vista. Creo que los enemigos que van apareciendo son muy dignos ya que tienen una fortaleza aceptable, de hecho, no mueren con la facilidad que esperaba tomando en cuenta que la dificultad que elegí fue "Mediana".

Si te soy honesta no soy mucho de juegos de shooter y de hecho no conocía este, pero sí recuerdo uno que yo jugué un par de veces y a uno de mis primos de hecho le encantaba, es de esos tiempos más o menos, se trata de Medalla de Honor, no sé si todavía siguen saliendo entregas de este título.
Medalla de Honor es un juegazo, hace algunos meses también lo compartí por aquí la versión de play 1, pero no se hasta que año salió en plataformas mas actualizadas.
Quake II por su parte, me sorprendió para bien, creo que lo seguiré jugando en lo sucesivo.
Sabes nunca lo he jugado pero despué de ver el post me han dado ganas de jugarlo sinceramente amigo
Es un juego muy bueno y no exige grandes recursos a la PC, la verdad es muy ventajoso en ese sentido y además es muy divertido, lo recomiendo 100%. Saludos!

Señor juegazo mi hermano, lo tengo en la Play 1 y me provocó jugarlo jajajaja 😁... siempre he dicho que Quake es Doom pero mejorado, me falta jugar el 4, el 3 lo tengo en Dreamcast y es increíble (juégalo y tráetelo mi Bro) en multijugador, éste es muy genial jugarlo así en campaña.
Bro tus gestos mientras juegas jajajaja de pana te genera suspenso este juego, no es para menos, esos enemigos brincando hacia ti generan ansiedad. Me encanta como se ve en PC Bro, demasiado nítido y con un nivel óptimo de fps. Como bien dices la banda sonora es muy brutal, sin duda este es un juegazo 🔥🔥🔥

I have it on Play 1 and it made me play it hahahaha 😁... I have always said that Quake is Doom but improved, I have yet to play 4, I have 3 on Dreamcast and it's amazing (play it and bring it to the community my Bro) in multiplayer, this one is very cool to play it in campaign.
Bro your gestures while playing hahaha generates you suspense this game, it is not for less, those enemies jumping towards you generate anxiety. I love how it looks on PC Bro, too sharp and with an optimal level of fps. As you rightly say the soundtrack is very brutal, no doubt this is a great game 🔥🔥🔥🔥.

Grabar constantemente era algo que me daba un poco de paz 😅, porque una cosa es jugar sin compromisos y otra muy diferente grabar un gameplay para la comunidad, por algún motivo me daba algo de nervios.
Mira, ciertamente esto es como un Doom, muy de acuerdo contigo. Por otra parte, que verguenza mis gestos, tampoco es que estoy ahí jajaja, pero es que se me encimaban con mucha presión 😅.
