Modellprojekt München – Hanf erobert nun auch das Oktoberfest
Es ist offiziell! Nach zahllosen Diskussionen und langwierigen Verhandlungen erteilte der Münchner Stadtrat unter der Leitung von Vizebürgermeister Josef Schmidt (CSU) die Bewilligung für ein Modellprojekt unter dem Motto „Die Wiesn wird grüner“ für das erste Cannabis Zelt auf dem Münchner Oktoberfest.
Ziel des Modellprojektes ist der Feldversuch für eine empirische Vergleichsstudie zu der viel diskutierten Frage: „Was ist nun schlimmer? Alkohol oder Cannabis?“ Dabei geht es explizit um die Feststellung der Wirkweisen beider Betäubungsmittel in sehr hoher Dosierung an vielen Menschen auf engen Raum. Das Oktoberfest bietet dafür bereits die perfekte Infrastruktur.
Bierzelt wird zum Hanfzelt
Die sonst nur auf den Alkoholrausch zugeschnittene Bierzeltatmosphäre wird dabei selbstverständlich der Cannabisdroge angepasst, um dem Heimvorteil etwas entgegenzuwirken. Konsumiert werden darf in „Der Grünen Marianne“ kein Alkohol, sondern nur das in München gewachsene „Bavarian Barbarian“ und „Minga Kush“ für jeweils 65 € das Gramm und für die ganz Hartgesottenen das „Greana Deifi“ mit 45% THC-Gehalt für 95 €.
Auch das Menü der „grünen Marianne“ wurde speziell auf die Liebhaber des Cannabiskrauts angepasst. So finden man neben klassischen Gerichten wie dem halben Hendl auch Spezialitäten wie „Die damische Gretl“ (Maccaroni mit Käse) oder „Holz vor der Hütten“ (zwei Nutella-gefüllte Kartoffelknödel) auf der Speisekarte.
Der Oberbürgermeister zieht an
Der traditionelle Wiesnanstich wird auch im Hanfzelt von Oberbürgermeister Dieter Reiter durchgeführt. Allerdings muss wohl kein Fass angeschlagen, sondern die extra für dieses Event angefertigte „Dicke Berta“-Bong mit einem Fassungsvolumen von 5.000 ml unter dem Motto „O’graucht is“ durchgezogen werden. Im Gegensatz zum traditionellen Pendant werden hier die Züge gezählt, um die Leistung des OB adäquat zu beurteilen. Uns gegenüber versicherte Herr Reiter, dass er bereits mit dem Training begonnen hat.
Dass OB Reiter beide Events eröffnen kann, liegt daran, dass die Hanfausgabe in der grünen Marianne nicht um 12:00 Uhr mittags, sondern erst um 16:20 Uhr eingeläutet wird. Grund dafür sind die Bedenken, dass das Mariannenklientel um 12:00 Uhr noch nicht einmal aufgestanden sein wird. Daher wird man vermutlich auch an den Wochenenden um 14:00 Uhr noch gemütlich einen Sitzplatz bekommen, während die anderen Zelte bereits wegen Überfüllung geschlossen sein werden.
Boarisch Reggae und Tempolimit
Auch für die musikalische Begleitung ist gesorgt. Hans Söllner hat sich bereit erklärt von morgens bis abends die sämtlichen 15 Tage durchzuspielen, solange das Ganja für ihn und Band kostenlos bleibt.
Selbst das Umfeld der Grünen Marianne wird in dem Testlauf bereit berücksichtigt. Während sich die anderen Bierzelte den sogenannten „Kotzhügel“ teilen müssen, wird für das Hanfzelt ein eigener Berg aufgeschüttet, um die schlafenden Gäste traditionell zu beherbergen. Außerdem werden die umliegenden Fahrgeschäfte auf das Tempo der Mariannengäste angepasst. Die Wagen im angrenzenden Autoscooter beispielsweise fahren nur noch mit 3,5 statt den üblichen 7 km/h.
Für die Polizei wird’s entspannt
Selbst die Polizei und die privaten Sicherheitsleute werden wohl hin und wieder einen durchziehen können, da es zu deutlich weniger körperlichen Auseinandersetzungen und Unfällen kommen wird und sie vermutlich eher damit beschäftigt sein werden, den Leuten den Weg zu erklären und verlorene Gegenstände einzusammeln. Wer doch einmal zu viel erwischt hat, für den wird extra ein Sauerstoffzelt von der Grünen Hilfe bereitgestellt in dem er sich gemütlich ausruhen kann.
Das Zelt ist im Übrigen auch ohne Karte leicht zu finden. Wir sind gespannt und werden selbstverständlich im Nachgang wieder berichten, wie das Experiment verlaufen ist. Wir freuen uns über den frischen Wind auf dem Oktoberfest und wünschen allen eine grüne Wiesn 2018.

No alcohol is allowed to be consumed in "The Green Marianne", but only the "Bavarian Barbarian" and "Minga Kush" grown in Munich for € 65 a gram and for the very die-hard the "Greana Deifi" with 45% THC content for 95 €.
The menu of the "green Marianne" has been specially adapted to lovers of cannabis. In addition to classic dishes such as half a hendl, you can also find specialties such as "The Gretl" (macaroni with cheese) or "wood in front of the huts" (two Nutella-filled potato dumplings) on the menu.
The mayor gets high
The traditional Oktoberfest sting is also carried out in the hemp tent by Mayor Dieter Reiter. That OB Reiter can open both events, is because the hemp edition in the green Marianne is not at 12:00 clock noon, but only at 16:20 clock is rung. The reason for this is the concern that the Mariannenklientel at 12:00 clock will not even get up. Therefore, you will probably also get a seat on the weekends at 14:00, while the other tents will be closed due to overcrowding.
Boarisch reggae and speed limit
Also for the musical accompaniment is taken care of. Hans Söllner has agreed to play through all 15 days from morning to evening as long as Ganja remains free for him and her band.
Even the environment of the Green Marianne is taken into account in the test run. While the other beer tents have to share the so-called "Kotzhügel", for the hemp tent a own hill is being piled up to accommodate the sleeping guests traditionally. In addition, the surrounding rides are adapted to the pace of the Mariannengäste. The cars in the adjacent bumper car, for example, drive only 3.5 instead of the usual 7 km / h.
It's relaxed for the police
Even the police and the private security people will probably be able to pull one off now and again, since there will be far fewer physical struggles and accidents, and they will probably be more concerned with explaining the way to people and collecting lost items. If you've got too much, you'll be provided with an oxygen tent by the Green Assistance, where you can rest comfortably.
