Good teachers are found only in big educational institutions at the city level. They motivate students a lot. But the condition of teachers in rural areas is very bad. In our country, there are teachers in rural areas who cannot even read books well in Bengali. They are only surviving in educational institutions under the power of the ruling party.
There are teachers who only come to educational institutions occasionally in a year to attend classes. In our country, there are teachers who keep other people as their proxies in educational institutions. They also corrupt the money allocated by the government in educational institutions and keep it for themselves, which is of no use to the educational institutions. And at the end of the day, they get their salaries from the tax money of the common people. This is the reality of the current education system in our country.
