material:

250 grams Paneer 4 green chilies, cut into length 5-6 garlic buds, finely chopped 1/2 tsp finely chopped ginger 1 large capsicum, chopped 1 large onion, chopped 2 tbsp maida 2 tbsps + 1 tbsp cornflour (corn starch) 2 Tsp soy sauce 1 tsp chili sauce 1½ teaspoon tomato sauce 6 tbsps + 3 tbsp water 2 tbsp oil + 1/2 tsp black pepper powder to fry according to taste

Method:

Cut the cheese into a 1-inch chokore piece. Add flour, 2 tbsps cornflour, black pepper powder, salt and 6 tablespoons of water in a bowl and mix well and make a smooth and thick paste. (Put as per the need of water, pour 4-tablespoon water first and then add more water as needed.) Pour the paneer in the prepared paste and let the merrynet for 10-15 minutes. In a pan, add paneer Heat oil for frying. Paste the pieces of paneer covered with hot paste in the hot oil and fry them until golden brown. Remove them from paper napkins in a plate so that excessive oil will be consumed. Take 1 tbspn cornflour in a small bowl and add 3 tbsp water and mix well . Heat 2 tbsps of oil in medium frying pan in a frying pan. Finely chopped ginger and finely chopped garlic and roasted for 30 seconds. Put the chopped onion and roast it until it becomes light brown. Put chopped capsicum and green chilies and cook for 2 minutes. Keep stirring in the middle with a spoon. Insert chili sauce, soy sauce, tomato sauce and salt. Mix well and cook for 1 minute. Put a mixture of fried paneer pieces and cornflour-water mixture (prepared in step-5). Cook for about 2-3 minutes while stirring with a spoon or cook until the gravy is thickened. Close the gas and remove veg chili cheese in a serving plate. Garnish it with finely chopped green onions and serve hot with soup or fried rice.
