Morning sunrise on my early run. I am trying to slowly increase the mileage but still maintain the higher cadence.
Started a nice little job at work, installing some totally rusted out cable ladder and supports. I enjoy having to custome build and replace old things. A little bit of design and construction.
Afternoon 4 kilometre walk the the nature reserve to a 24k activity count.
