Sunrise down at Cleveland Light House for a 10 km run with a few friends, I have not run down this way for a while it was great for a change and a dead flat course.

There was still a but if sea weed hanging around from all the high tides when the cyclone was about last weekend.

10 kilometres early helped build a solid activity count. The home renovations pushed it even higher.
