Tiny succulents

in #succulents8 years ago

Crassula Setulosa or Hairy cushion crassula are indigenous succulents that grow in full sun on the rock formations around my house even though there's barely any soil to sustain them. They are red and compact from growing in the sun all day - they never look like that in the garden at home even though it seems impossible that they could grow and survive in the places that they grow.

Planted in soil, they become green with leaves spaced wide on longer stems. In the wild, they look almost like sea creatures or little pagodas. It seems that suffering makes them beautiful

Gorgeous little plant, thank a lot for sharing, they remind me of what we call "Poules"("Chicken"), in French. Thanks for sharing!

Namaste :)

Surely not a literal chicken?

Definitely not! LOL!!! Thanks for the laughter. Namaste :)
