ช่วงนี้เข้าสู่ฤดูร้อนอย่างเต็มตัวสำหรับในประมาณญี่ปุ่น แล้วเป็นช่วงของมรสุมด้วยคะ อากาศร้อนๆแบบนี้ เพื่อนๆรู้ไหมคะว่าคนญี่ปุ่นเค้าเอาตัวรอดกันอย่างไรบ้าง จะพาไปสำหรับร้านค้าดูว่าพอจะมีอะไรช่วยได้บ้าง
1.ถุงให้ความเย็นแค่กำไว้ในมือเท่านั้น
2.สเปรย์ฉีดบนเสื้อ ช่วยให้เย็นแล้วยังช่วยดับกลิ่นจากเหงื่อได้อีกด้วยคะ
3.แผ่นแปะความเย็น ติดที่หมวก สำหรับคนทำงานกลางแจ้งต้องสวมหมวกตลอดเวลา
4.เนคไท เพียงแค่เอาไปชุบน้ำ บิดหมาดๆ จากนั้นก็มาพันที่คอ เป็นทั้งที่ช่วยเพิ่มความเย็นแล้วแฟชั่น อีกด้วยคะ
5.ครีมกันแดด สูตรเย็น ทาบนผิวทำให้รู้เย็นเยือกกันเลยทีเดียว
6.น้ำแข็งกึ่งสำเร็จรูป ฉีดลงบนผ้าเช็ดหน้า ร้อนที่ไหนใช้ได้ทุกที่ พกว่าสะดวก เหมือนผ้าชุบน้ำแข็ง
7.สเปรย์เย็นฉีดเท้า สำหรับเท้าโดยเฉพาะ
8.กระดาษทิชชู่เปียก และเย็น มีให้เลือกมากมายหลายยี่ห้อ
ทั้งหมดนี้เป็นเพียงส่วนหนึ่งเท่านั้นนะคะที่บริษัทญี่ปุ่นผลิตออกมาเพื่อสนองความต้องการของผู้บริโภค แต่ว่าอันนี้ดีอันไหนน่าเอาไปใช้ที่ไหน คงต้องลองผิดลองถูกกันแล้วละคะ

ถึงเวลาหนาวก็หนาวสุดๆ ถึงเวลาร้อนก็ร้อนตับแตก เขาปรับตัวกันเก่งโน๊ะ ตอนนี้ฝรั่งเศสก็ร้อนเกือบ 40 องศาเลยค่ะ
