Steamed Pumpkin Wrapped In Spring Roll Skin

Crunchy and soft is always the texture I look forward to the most in snacks. Imagining making it more delicious than pumpkin must be my first time.



Pumpkin Spring Rolls


The combination of pumpkin in a spring roll skin that when fried makes it even more delicious. The first time I made steamed pumpkin fried with spring roll skin, here I made this so that this snack has 2 different textures. Now because pumpkin has a soft texture and is a little watery, the pumpkin should be steamed and left to cool so that the water texture is not too carried away when wrapped in spring roll skin.

Here I also add chocolate so that it tastes nyoklat and if combined with natural pumpkin will definitely have a sweet taste and I like it.

Ingredients Needed

100 grams of ground pumpkin
1 tablespoon of sugar
To taste spring roll skin
To taste chocolate




Making Procedure


Step 1


Peel the pumpkin thoroughly then cut into small pieces according to taste.

Step 2


Wash thoroughly then steam for about 15 minutes until completely tender.

Step 3


If it is cooked, let the pumpkin dingi then crush the pumpkin until smooth.

Step 4


Add half a teaspoon of salt, then add sugar and stir until well mixed.

Step 5


If all is done it's time to wrap the dough take a spoonful of pumpkin puree.

Step 6


then add chocolate, Then roll the pumpkin filling lengthwise like rolling a kebab do it until it's done.

Step 7


When all is done fry until brownish yellow. Serve on a plate with a sprinkle of chocolate on top and sprinkles.

Pumpkin skin spring roll snacks are ready to be served, serve with cold drinks such as dragon fruit soup. It tastes really good, the texture is really soft and the pumpkin is really savory. In addition, the crunchy spring roll skin is enough to make this snack during the day add an extraordinary flavor.
