Delicious roll - roll with coconut and chocolate - recipe

HELLO TO ALL LOVERS OF GOOD FOOD AND DELICIOUS DESSERTS.

I’ve always adored coconut, in cakes, chocolate or whatever, when I was little I stole my mom’s coconut when she would buy it for cakes and eat it like this.😂

Coconut palm (Cocos nucifera), is a woody plant that belongs to the palm family. They are widespread in the tropics. Coconut palm is known everywhere in the world, and it is used everywhere.

Coconut kernel, coconut water, flour, oil are products that we use in the diet, for cosmetic purposes, but also as a medicine.

Fresh coconut is one of the largest sources of vitamins and minerals. Coconut is one of the foods that is very rich in protein, in addition to protein, it also contains iron, zinc, potassium phosphorus ... which contribute to the health of mankind.

As a healthy diet and one of my favorite foods that I use often.
I decided to share with you this simple roll and so delicious.

I say simple, because this roll does not require baking or cooking, which is very interesting, and the taste is phenomenal.

INGREDIENTS:

For the bark:

  • 500 grams of ground biscuits
  • 150 grams of ground sugar
  • one tablespoon of cocoa powder
  • 100 grams of (melted) cooking chocolate
  • 200 ml of milk

For coconut filling:

  • 200 grams of butter
  • 200 grams of coconut
  • 150 grams of sugar

PREPARATION:

Put the biscuits in a certain bowl.

Then add sugar and a spoonful of cocoa.

Then stir to combine the ingredients.

break the chocolate into smaller pieces, put a bowl of boiling water on the stove, and place a bowl on top of it and melt the steamed chocolate, or you can also put it in the microwave of your choice.

MAKING A COCONUT FILLET:

Cut the butter into cubes in a bowl, it would be best if the butter is at room temperature because it is easier to make. Beat it well with a fork.

When the butter is well made, add the coconut and stir a little, then add the sugar.

make the filling by hand and you will get a fairly thick mass like the first one.

The trick is to keep the roll from sticking. Take a transparent foil, put a transparent foil on the desk and sprinkle with powdered sugar, then the mass will not stick and you will easily form a roll.

On the transparent foil that you sprinkled with powdered sugar, first put a dark mass and then roll it into a rectangle.

hello, it's a slightly drier cake, but before serving, take it out of the fridge for 15 minutes, it softens, cuts very nicely and is very tasty for those who like chocolate and coconut.
