La Gomera
The Island of eternal spring
In the photo you see the west part of La Gomera, the so called Valle Gran Rey (The valley of great King). On the left and the right side are little mountains, about 600-700 high meters, you can clib up. The view is awesome!
In winter the temperature is about 20°C at day and night and there is about 2 hours of rain per month. The people in Valle Gran Rey are very kind and helpful. In the 90s there were a big Hippieboom from Germany, so many people there speak German. The common language is spanish but everyone also understands english aswell.
The best part is: La Gomera isnt not overflooded with typical tourists who only enjoy drinking and staying at the beach. Most people travel to La Gomera for hiking. There are about 1000km of hinking paths on the Island. And there is a lot to see!
