Howdy everyone! I can't tell you how happy I am to be able to share this video with you, because I thought I had lost it forever!
This was the last open mic I did before the Subaru needed some major repairs, which left me parked at home for most of the summer. I was feeling terrible all day long, but had a pretty good set, and a very good night.
Some of it you've heard before, some of it you haven't. Some of it kinda requires context from the other comedian's sets.
I really enjoyed recording at this venue, because I could set my camera right in front of the speaker, so you can hear all the comics very clearly. Next Tuesday will unfortunately be the very last comedy open mic there, because the venue is closing at the end of the year. I have a device now that I can set up to record audio in front of the speaker no matter where the camera is, so hopefully all of my newer recording will be easier to here.
I know my Facebook friends have been watching these, though I don't if they (or anyone) is actually reading the accompanying literature.
I encourage all critiques, complaints, heckling, praise, applause, encouragement, discouragement, and other interesting reactions in the comments.
I already have a handful of other videos recorded, so hopefully I'll be motivated enough to keep posting weekly through the new year.
Hope you enjoy!

I liked the Amish jokes part! I think you can really expand on that one!
Vinegar joke was not expecting at all. Felt risky 🤣
I actually have about 10 full minutes of Amish material, but I don't do it much at the open mics any more, because everyone has heard it already and we have limited time.
The vinegar joke IS risky! It worked well in that room of mixed race people, I haven't tried it anywhere else yet.
Thanks for the feedback!
Thanks!
I will watch it later when I can sit down and focus.
I did read it and upvoted this because it is nice to see someone around here not take themselves so dam seriously.

If you want a critique (and you seem like a good dude), I'll do the thing man! I'll critique you so hard bro! 😂
Ok anyways, I'll check it out later. Thanks for sharing!
Have a wonderful day and I wish you the best on your comedy journey!
I'm looking forward to it! It's been a while since I had a good, hard critiquing! 🤣
Dang. No preasure for me 🤣
Well now I really need to critique it good! Thanks for responding. I meant to get to it earlier and I had a busy and weird day today so I feel bad I got districted.
Either way. I did want to say, I have a deep appreciation for comedy and anyone who has the guts to pursue it. Not an easy art form by any stretch.
I've been telling people that I like comedy because it's like a Rubik's cube that you don't know if you solved until you show it to someone else.
I like puzzles.
That is an interesting way to put it! I wouldn’t personally know but it sounds like the perfect way to frame it.
I like puzzles too!
