Well here we have something that most people don't have enough of so we putbit a form of a smoothie to make it easy for you ok the first one we need 1banana cut up then add 1tablespoon of dark cocoa powder then add 1tablespoon of maple syrup then add 1cup of almond milk then add 1tablespoon of raw honey then add some ice and blend all together and add more almond milk if needed to make it real smooth,you see we do the smoothies because they are an easy way to get your daily requirement of magnesium,plus if you use these smoothies you will feel a big difference in the way you feel use these smoothies for at least two weeks.more to come on this plus more great smoothies
