Well you see smoothies in them self are a great way to get all or most of your nutrients such as magnesium which most people have deficiencies in and you don't even know it,magnesium plays a very important role here for like your bones,muscles,and blood plus you need magnesium to help with energy,ok the next smoothie we need 1\2 of an avocado then add about 6-8 frozen strawberries then add a1cup of frozen spinach then add 1cup of filtered water then add 1 1\2 tablespoons of raw honey then blend all together and add more filtered water if needed and just drink this every morning its very very healthy.you see the avocado can give you about 15-20% of your RDA of magnesium and then with the spinach plus the strawberries you will have about 50% of your RDA.
