Well i have talked about olives now lets talk about olive oil first of all it has healthy monounsaturated fat,plus it also has omega 6 and also omega 3.And most of olive oil is made up of fat called oleic acid very very healthy for the body,it helps with inflammation which as i have discussed is very inportant for good health.Plus olive oil has alot of antioxidants,we talking about vitamjns E and some K,plus can help with cholesterol,also helps with strokes,there have been studies that show that extra virgin olive oil has a reduce risk of strokes.Plus there are studies that show extra virgin olive oil reduced the need for blood pressure meds by half.
