They say that life is mysterious and unpredictable, in the water there are hundreds of species waiting to be discovered, one of the media that harbors the most extreme forms of life is water! water is an ecosystem where in a simple drop of water we could see millions of microorganisms competing with each other to survive, for me everything here is food! and in order to achieve successful reproduction many organisms have developed extraordinary defense mechanisms! I hope one day to discover something new! who would say no??? be the first user in HIVE to discover an aquatic species! today I don't know what awaits me under the microscope but I know that life in all its forms always surprises us!😮😮

Being someone curious has turned me into someone who is always looking for answers to everything that surrounds us, sometimes I find microorganisms that are too difficult to identify and I end up asking other colleagues for help, in my post we will see what microorganisms are common in an aquatic system stopped with a temperature of 22 degrees! I wonder the microorganisms have a similar behavior at different water temperatures? of course not!! while the water is warmer they have a faster metabolism let's imagine a "water flea" branchiopod at temperatures below 25 degrees its heart can beat about 150 times per minute but at temperatures above 25 degrees there are records of water fleas with a heart to beat 250 times per minute! amazing, right? and everything has an explanation! "NOTHING IN NATURE HAPPENS BY CHANCE" each animal has an adapted physiology to optimize its permanence on earth!🌏💥

I have so many questions to be answered... I am so curious to know why everything works the way it works!!! and without a doubt this turned me into a scientist who every day tries to know a little more about life on earth! And most importantly, being able to share my knowledge with many people makes it have a great purpose, because if I can't have a child, what is the use of existing? it all boils down to sharing my knowledge with as many people as possible! and it is that in a cultured world we learn to be better people! that's why every time I see a drop of water in my microscope learn to be a better person! who would say no?😎🤩

DNA is an organization to foster and DENSIFY NATURE-APPRECIATION which aims to establish REPORTS OF BIODIVERSITY DATA that is contributed by all of us Hiveans and subsequently cataloged.

Therefore DNA searches for HIGH-QUALITY posts that aim to DESCRIBE and determine the BIODIVERSITY AROUND YOU with added EXPLANATIONS and INFORMATION. For these informative posts they offer a CURATION SERVICE using the @dna.org account. It is also a CURATION TRAIL. Just add the #dna TAG if you think that any of your posts is what they are looking for.

What can be achieved with a microscope (and a camera to record all of it) is really amazing. It is even cooler when we imagine how things were done 10-20 years ago: very differently. Our technology gives us so many nice means to share science.

Let me change gears completely and go back to a sentence of your post that triggered me. As you said nature can very well adapt to the external conditions... We should keep this in mind when we consider what we, as humans, do to our planet (nature could adapt by getting rid of humans)!

Again, thanks a lot for this blog and this video (I personally prefer when pictures are used as I am not a big fan of videos, but this is f course very personal and it is good to do both).

Cheers!

Hey, that's for reflection, nature can adapt to eliminate them! Well... We did. We deserve! But that is why I reflected on the need to educate ourselves, and it is reflected in the third world people who pollute the water the most!

I am not sure we should blame the third world only for polluting the planet the most. The problems at the level of the third world countries are very different and it is fully fair to understand that the priorities are elsewhere.

Moreover, who is over-consuming, who is wasting energy, over-using the resources of the planet, etc.... The industrialised countries. This is where changes need to start: with people that have the luxury to be able to act.

What evidence do you have that made you conclude that third world people pollute water the most? Just curious.
