Creating a personal mission is the first step to a life of success and satisfaction. Prior to leading people, you need to lead yourself. The leader must first determine what your way is because, since each individual is unique, a personal mission statement will reflect this uniqueness, both in form and content. Each person has their own personal mission, its own reason for existing, so, only she or he is able to write the course of his life satisfactorily, based on its principles, correct and genuine values that exist in the depths of your being.
Family, money, people are important for anyone’s life, but cannot be our center or reason to make our decisions. (Our decisions should be taken based on our purposes.)
Declaration of personal mission is your purpose statement, your goal written, spoken and displayed.
Your goal in life is the reason for which you exist, is your driving spring, from where come your strength and motivation to a creative and meaningful life.
