Well, if I was to start withdrawing all SBD funds every week (and if my supporters kept supporting) this would be a decent part time job... and if I posted 2x daily (and still got the same amount of support) - I could literally go full time...
What's holding me back is I'm aggressively trying to power up and put a bit into other cryptos, cashing out isn't something I want to do for another 8 months... So that's why there's more tension/pressure - I'm working on Steem every day without actually spending the payouts...

You could start by taking a little bit out, if that makes your life easier and just gives you one day off per week. And then you increase it over time. You don't have to go all in or all out :) There's a middle way!
I haven't been powering up everything but I have also never exchanged any SBD's into fiat. Ever. I will do it now for the first time, because I want to spend 2 months in Thailand instead of only one. I will get so much more work done there, than in gray, wet Berlin.
Who knows how much more you could get done (and earn) if you were less stressed with fiat jobs. Maybe power up less agressively, and give more aggressively to yourself :) and see what happens!
That is very clear thinking Stella, I currently have been living in Thailand for 14 years, but running a small business here is not easy at all. Hoping that I also can find a Steemit solution so that I can enjoy the country and not rely on getting other people to act in a certain way. selling SBD on exchanges is obviously much better return than powering up on block trades where you only get 1:1 instead of market rates. Hope you get back to LOS soon!

Scammers come and go, recently it was #bitconnect, in 2014 it was #zetacoin... What really gets me is that some prominent #bitshares leaders and even Stan himself got taken in... Hopefully it will just be a blip on the radar though... ☺

Not everyone can do artwork easily, but I think it's more of a time and focus thing... Like there are things that I lack the time/focus/interest in, but maybe I could get around to them one day... :)
