Reversal of fortunes — no surprise though
I spoke too soon when I said things were getting better. I've had two cancelled projects, two major delays on projects — and the project I'm working on now is high-stress and managed by incompetent clowns, so I have to work extra hard... I was the biggest dumb-ass on the planet for thinking graphics and animation would be a good career choice... and the biggest dumb-ass in the galaxy for not collecting six-figure profits during the last market peak.Other than that, I'm doing super awesome and I totally love life.
Today I had a shitty day, but life goes on and on when I see your scribbles make me laugh they are so funny, of course I like that every day has a lot more art than showing good shot friend

There is no real good career, because everything is changing year after year. But I believe that graphics and animation will always be needed, as long as we have computers and internet.
The good days will come.
I think the cure for a sick career is often good investments and I still can't believe I missed it...

Work is changing, constantly. In fact, work as we know it might disappear in the next 20 years or so... fewer and fewer people will have "jobs" (as in "work for a company") and pretty much everyone will become an independent contractor doing "gigs" for many different providers. And the blockchain and smart contracts could well be front and center on that.
I'm glad the Bull is trying to break out. Might still have to hold his breath for a bit... but Bear is losing his grip... BTC has been "making a bottom" for a while now, not just sinking.

I like your take on amphibious live stock and yes the bull needs to acclimate on the way up or he will be a goner! I actually completed a real world project last night and now waiting for the sign off. With three more projects in limbo, I feel like that bear at the bottom of the sea watching the sub fill up!
Your weaselly clients sound as bad as mine... the professional world has gone crazy (and is totally unprofessional)...
