I have hit yesterday 25K HivePower on Hive blockchain which is a very nice milestone! I have opened my first account (@cryptofiloz) in January 2019 and I'm still using it for my blockchain gaming content, but a couple of months later I have created this one... So, I'm on Hive (Steem before) for less than 3 years and I have a feeling that I'm here for ages... It was fun to start with the content creation and dive into something completely different than I was doing before...

In this video, I was talking about "How I did it", because if I have done it, then you CAN DO IT, too! As a matter of fact, I was the complete opposite of being a content creator or anything connected with social media... I had FB and Twitter accounts before, but I would create like 1 post in 3 months... and that was usually one photo or a YouTube link... So, really... If I could do it, you can do it 100%!

Also, an important thing to say is that most of my current HP were "created" by doing the work, taking an action, and a very small portion was my invested money... It's not all about the money and it's definitely not everything about "selling" yourself for a couple of dimes... Be yourself and be passionate about what you are doing... You will find your place here and you will find friends who will appreciate your work and yourself...

When I came to this blockchain social network I was researching all these juicy upvotes that you can get... How to earn more, what to do, how to act, etc... I saw that some users are trying to get through by commenting on whale's posts in a hope of some upvote, stalking wealthy accounts, and being their shadow... That wasn't my style as I can't do those things and I have never done that...

As you can see from my profile "tagline", I like to speak what I have on my mind... A lot of times that's not what others would like to hear, but it's very often the truth that someone has to say it in loud... That attitude didn't help me to skyrocket my account to the moon... lol... But, I was hoping that I will find that group of people who will appreciate that, and I have found it... Thanks to those people I have accumulated 25K HP and I hope that I have done at least half from others as they did to me... Will try to do more in the future!

Wow it sounds like a pretty long adventure. I didn't know that was one of the reasons why you started the ourpick curation. I also remember how things were tough when I first started blogging since people made it sound easy. Of course you find out, it takes some effort before you start earning.
