Sofort die Opferrolle einnehmen.

(was meine Artikel auf 3% der Länge runterschrauben würde !lol) oder wir einen Script nutzen, um relevante Artikel zu filtern, dann alles cool. Aber das "Soziale Netzwerk" zu einer Bot- und KI-Wiese zu machen... das können wir nicht gebrauchen und nimmt auch den Charme.
(Wobei kurze KI-Kommentare von PowerPaul schon eine deutliche Verbesserung für die Chain wären, im Vergleich zu den ausufernden Ausführungen des besagten Paul. Aber wer macht dann die Witze? Eine KI? Neeee, besser PowerGaul!)

There is an option "not to vote in the first place" or "just ignore a user's post". So, it's the duty of the curator to check the post before curating. For the autovote service, they need to check for the post after a certain period to see any criminality!

the problem is that you have also lazy curation on Hive. Those who read that see the problem. You as a Hive stakeholder should be concern if the rewards are going for people who abuse the system. We are all responsible to get these... If you just care about your rewards and Hive stake you can see the blockchain going towards the mud.
On top of that downvote is there as part of your free will the same that upvote. If you don't like my comment for example you can just downvote it is your choice!

As for the people who write with AI and, who ask for votes, after committing an ethical breach in the generation of content, I'm fine with the reaction you took.
What I would do, is not only give the negative vote, but I would also put a message giving the reasons why it was done.
Finally, if you believe that the actions you took are the right ones and you feel comfortable with them, I don't think there will be problems.
The problem is generated, when you make a decision and that leaves you with doubts, or you do it from a vision of power, that's another different thing.
Anyway, I imagine, that the people who use your tools, know the rules of their use or you make them known, so, don't be bitter, the person who commits the fault, to assume its consequences.

I agree with you to give an explaining. A lack of explaining is what many people critizise, when it comes to downvotes. That I do so I mentioned in the article. ;-) Plus in the comment I explain that I don't use a downvote bot for now and how to easily solve the situation (really easy: just don't use AI texts any longer... should be easy !lol), that I give a second chance, but that I would think about an downvote bot, if the doings doesn't change.

But I thought a lot about and talked with several witnesses/mentors about this before they transfered me a larger HP delegation on my personal account. Acting the right way, to carry more responsibility and being ready for wind in the face is part of the role I entered.
And yes, I prefer good vibes & sun. Everybody should do. But sometimes we have to do what our responsibility asks from us. So... that's okay... I answered hafiz, and what he proposed it would work if everyone knew what they were voting. In a beautiful world everyone would be ignoring a post abusing the system, and the user would quit doing that and maybe start posting like you and other authors that really dedicate their time writing posts.
You did the right thing, my friend. You analyzed it, identified the error, and reported it. Whether the person is wrong or not, they should find ways to prove their innocence in the face of the facts.
