este post no tiene nada de especial solo queríamos mostrarles lo lindo que quedó este delicioso muchacho relleno, asi le dicen en nuestro pais a este corte de carne magra.
Este corte se puede preparar con un guiso de verduras y Abundante salsa, y rellenar con queso, jamon, tomates huevos... a este le pusimos ajíes picantes huevos y cebollas😍
