Have a good day, dear friends. How are you? Tea time is a brief yet cherished moment, often spent with love and warmth. If we have a delicious snack to accompany our cup of tea during that short time, it can turn into a delightful occasion. Whether it’s a crispy treat, a biscuit, or something sweet, these little moments matter. Today, I've got something new for you—a crispy samosa snack. We don't need a lot of ingredients for this, but it’s a delicious dish that everyone can enjoy. Let’s see how we can make this together.

Materials Used.
1 medium sized potato boiled and mashed.
Wheat flour 250g.
Some water.
A few leaves of water spinach finely chopped.
1 Tablespoon of corn flour.
Coconut oil 200ml.
1 Teaspoon of Chili powder.
1/2 Teaspoon of turmeric powder.
1/2 Teaspoon of pepper powder.
1/2 Teaspoon of salt powder.

The cooking process as follows.
Now, to prepare this delicious recipe, first take a bowl and add some wheat flour to it. Add about 1/4 teaspoon of salt powder to it and add a tablespoon of coconut oil and mix well. Now add some water to it and make a flour dough and again apply coconut oil to it and keep it closed for about 15 minutes.

Next, we put boiled and mashed potatoes in a bowl to prepare a filling. Add pepper powder, chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, corn flour and chopped water spinach to it and mix well.

After next 15 minutes take out the dough and cut it into two equal parts.

Next, take a board and sprinkle some wheat flour on it. Now take one dough and roll it very thin with a rolling pin. Then take the other dough and make it thin. As in the images below. And cut it into squares.

Now, spread the potato mixture evenly over the dough. Then, place another sheet of rolled dough on top and gently flatten it again with a rolling pin. As in the images below.

Next, cut the dough into long strips using a knife. Take each strip and fold it into the desired shape, as shown in the pictures below. Add a drop of water to the end of each strip to help seal it.

Next, pour coconut oil into a pan and place it on the stove. Once the oil is heated, carefully add the samosas and fry them until they turn golden brown.

The finished samosas are incredibly tasty and crispy, making them perfect for tea time. They pair wonderfully with tomato sauce and can be prepared in about 30 minutes. I hope you enjoy making these as much as I did. Until next time, goodbye, and I'll be back with a new recipe. Have a great day!
