Luke15:11-24 talks about the parable of the prodigal son which I believed we all do know about. The bible passage illustrates the situation of most of us, we have departed from God's way but that doesn't mean will should remain so. Let's come back to our father. He will surely accept us as the father of the prodigal son did in the bible.
Luke15:20
"So he returned home to his father. And while he was still a long way off, his father saw him coming. Filled with love and compassion, he ran to his son, embraced him, and kissed him.
The above bible verse tells us of how the prodigal son went home to his father and he was fully welcome back home.

So why don't we be like the prodigal son in the bible and make amends?
God doesn't care about our past all that matters to him is our present and how our future is going to be like. Make your life today a worthy one onto your heavenly father. Let the past be gone and washed away. For He(God) died for us on this cross so that we might be made whole and holy and acceptable unto him. The world might tell you there is no remedy for you. But in Jesus you have hope, you will find eternal peace and salvation
Helpful Steps To Come Back To Christ
•You got to plead for mercy

If we confess our sins, He is faithful and righteous to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
•By studying the word of God
•Asking God for grace and obtaining salvation from him
•Always be in the midst of those that will bring you closer to God and not take you away from him.
2Corinthians2:16
Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness?
I pray that God should give us the grace to live a life holy and acceptable to him... Amen
