YouTube is taking censorship to new levels,
this time warning users that they are legally required to comply with COPPA or deal with the consequences. Youtube’s latest policy update which appears to “protect children” is really just a ruse to go after content creators who go against their status quo. More and more people everyday are turning off their tv’s and they’re now going online for information to sites like YouTube and this has the powers that ought not to be scrambling to deal with a quickly escalating information war.

I have some info for you. YouTube is not telling the truth. Content Providers are NOT legally responsible for compliance with COPPA. They lost a major lawsuit over COPPA and I discuss that and provide a link. COPPA is about data mining minors under 13, NOT CONTENT. I prove it all here:
