How I made an unforgettable birthday party for a colleague Janet from the previous place I worked.
Working in a collective, we very often find friends. Tala happened to me at my previous workplace. I recently found the photos in my archives and wanted to share them with you. They are probably from 5 years ago now...
You can't see much from the picture but we stuck sticky notes on the desk, computer, monitor screen and keyboard on which my colleagues and I had written many wishes.
Since she is a vegetarian - she is a very nice person but always talks to us about not eating meat, we managed to come up with a lot of wishes and jokes related to meat and wrote them down.
Some of the wishes included:
Happy Birthday!
Be healthy!
Be happy!
Travel more!
Eat your steak!
And many many more. We probably wrote maybe more than 50 pieces of paper. We had a lot of fun with our colleagues. The nice thing was that she and I were on different shifts I was first shift and she was second shift and I had the time to do the surprise.
Everyone in the office knew and even some of them came to see exactly what was going on.
The colleague in the photo decided to check what I had done again - he was shocked by all the slips of paper. We bought something sweet to make her happy - a roll and put candles on it that said Happy Birthday and a festive hat.
The climax was when Jeannette came to work. We all pretended that nothing had happened. We even waited patiently for her to come around the desk (we watched her secretly). Her facial expressions were priceless when she saw them all from her surprise. Then we went over and congratulated her on her personal celebration!
Как направих един незабравим рожден ден за една колежка Жанета от предишното място където работех.
Работейки в колектив, много често намираме приятели. Тала се случи и с мен на предишното ми работно място. Наскоро открих снимките в архива си и исках да ги споделя с вас. Вероятно са пт преди 5 години вече...
Не се вижда много от снимката но по бюрото, компютъра, екрана на монитора и клавиатурата залепихме самозалепващи листчета на които с колегите бяхме написали много пожелания.
Тъй като тя е вегетарянка - много добър човек е но винаги ни говори за това че не яде месо, успяхме да измислим множество пожелания и шеги свързани с месото и ги написахме.
Част от пожеланията включваха:
Честит рожден ден!
Бъди здрава!
Бъди весела!
Пътувай повече!
Хапни си с кеф пържола!
И много много други. Вероятно написахме може би повече от 50 листчета. Много се забавлявахме с колегите. Хубавото беше че с нея бяхме в различни смени аз бях първа смяна а тя втора и имах времето да направя изненадата.
Всички в офиса знаеха и даже част от тях дойдоха да се уверят какво точно става.
Колегата от снимката реши да провери какво съм направила отново - беше шокиран от всички листчета. Купихме нещо сладко с което да я зарадваме - руло и на него сложхме свещички с надпис Честит Рожден Ден и празнична шапка.
Кулминацията беше когато Жанета дойде на работа. Всички се правихме, че нищо не се е случило. Даже изчаквахме търпеливо да заобиколи бюрото (наблюдавахме я тайно). Физиономията и беше безценна когато ги видя всички неща от изненадата и. Тогава отидохме и я поздравихме за личният и празник!
