@dcleaners is a project by @runicar to help clean D.Tube by flagging stolen videos that are uploaded to D.Tube. Just like with articles, video plagiarism is a problem difficult to tackle especially more with video content because it is extremely hard to automate the task of detecting plagiarised content.
@dcleaners is currently manually scanning D.Tube for stolen content and flagging them. You can help by mentioning @dcleaners in the comment of a suspicious content.
If you see @dcleaners flagging a content, you can also help by flagging it with 1%.
Lets show those plagiarists that we won't accept this type of behaviour!

Password and Private Keys security
You all know that your Steem password is the access to all your STEEM, SBD, posting, transferring, everything... right?
So, please, follow these simple steps and keep yourself safe:
- Apart from the initial setup of your account, NEVER use your password ANYWHERE, if stolen, it will give full control to your Steem account.
- Backup your password and keep it somewhere safe. Use a password manager like Lastpass, print it on paper and put it in a safe (no kidding). If you forget your password, no one can help you out.
- To login for creating content and curating, use your Private Posting Key
- To make transfers and account operations, use your Private Active Key
- To encrypt and decrypt memos, use your Private Memo Key

Thanks for this video buddy!That's the only hurdle with this issue. The sheer amount of people abusing. I really don't have the necessary time to do this on my own, nor do I think it would even be possible as a one man job.
Thus, I invite everyone to do a little policing of their own and scout NEW for a couple minutes a day. These abusers can easily be spotted and dealt with. As @quochuy said, just mention @dcleaners in the comment of their video and throw them a 1% flag.
Hopefully with the flagging and limited RC of new accounts, this should make plagiarism less attractive
