The garden was a bit damaged due to the heat and then few storms, one of the potted banana tree fell over due to the wind, I will have to cut it down half way and let it recover. The Mulberry trees that were thriving in Spring are now stunt and their second fruiting season of the year has given just one handful of fruits. Despite the damages, other plants are thriving.
Amongst the summer survivors are the Sunshine Chilli (Aji family), my two plants have given me so much chilli this summer. These are by far my favourite chilli with a heat that does not kill you added to a fruity taste that is unique. I have started gathering the seeds and will make some available on @homesteaderscoop's online shop: http://homesteaderscoop.com
The chocolate mint isn't too bad but look at how tough this plant is. It is so strong that it pierced through the styrofoam box in order to propagate!
Rob from Rob Bob's Aquaponics & Backyard Farm sent me a plant of Hoàn Ngọc (Pseuderanthemum palatiferum) which is used for its medicinal properties (more details in another post) and it has now grown much bigger.
As we are soon entering Autumn, I will start trimming down the plants and top their soil up with compost to get them ready for winter.

Password and Private Keys security
You all know that your Steem password is the access to all your STEEM, SBD, posting, transferring, everything... right?
So, please, follow these simple steps and keep yourself safe:
- Apart from the initial setup of your account, NEVER use your password ANYWHERE, if stolen, it will give full control to your Steem account.
- Backup your password and keep it somewhere safe. Use a password manager like Lastpass, print it on paper and put it in a safe (no kidding). If you forget your password, no one can help you out.
- To login for creating content and curating, use your Private Posting Key
- To make transfers and account operations, use your Private Active Key
- To encrypt and decrypt memos, use your Private Memo Key
