Black-and-White Potpourri from India and Nepal for #Monomad
by @x-rain

"True black-and-white adherents shoot bw everywhere and I really respect that and probably even envy. However, in my case, focusing on bw perception in South Asia, the most colorful region in the world, is something I can't morally afford. Despite that, I sometimes simply see "this frame is bw and nothing else". This photograph is one of these cases:"

Tiredness and "Short Term Memory"
by @denmarkguy

"This is not something that has shown up in my life because I'm getting older it is something that has been with me since I was a kid."

I never thought I'd like a cake that contained chickpeas (ENG-ESP)
by @carisma77

"If someone had told me a couple of years ago that a chickpea cake would be delicious, I would have doubted it. For me, chickpeas were only for stews and savory dishes, but I love trying new things in the kitchen. This is my second sweet recipe using chickpeas as a base, and it definitely hasn't disappointed me at all."

Cheesy Chicken Rice Paper Roll
by @pandaradvanture

"Today I’m going to make a dish that’s been trending online lately. Rice paper is filled with ground meat and then rolled up like a cinnamon roll. This time, I’ve substituted the filling with chicken that’s pan-fried until cooked through, then shredded and mixed with cheese and sauce."

Backyard Blessings: Fresh Buko and Beautiful View
by @kellyane

"One of the people I’m truly grateful to, aside from God and my parents, is the person who planted these coconut trees. According to my mother, it was planted by the husband of her auntie. Because of him, we get to enjoy harvesting fresh coconuts and, most of all, enjoying them almost every month."

Welcome To Gonzoville
by @coloneljethro

"For several years now, I've been on a mission from our lord and savior Dr. Raoul Duke to put the gonzo into photojournalism. This mission didn't happen to come with instructions, or even the vaguest notion of an outline of how to accomplish it, so there's been a good bit of fumbling along and not a great deal of success."

Another amazing selection by the team. That chickpea cake by @carisma77 really caught my eye. I would have never imagined using chickpeas for a sweet dessert, but it actually looks so delicious. Also, those cheesy chicken rice paper rolls seem like the perfect quick snack to try at home. Thanks for always sharing such diverse and interesting content with us

Hi @mshbd, I was also surprised by the flavor of this chickpea cake, but yes, you can make desserts with them and they turn out very well. Thanks for mentioning me, greetings!

I really appreciate your support, @qurator team, thank you so much @ewkaw.

Best regards 😊💕
