Had a long walk across St.Petersburg today, accompanied with bike, sunny weather and heavy rain, camera, two lenses (fish-eye & tele) and comrade @tatdt. Most of the manual fish-eye shots went to the dust-bin (unfortunately, 95% are out of focus. my bad!). The tele ones are good, but they are different story.
Rostral Column and Petropavlovskaya fortress can be seen on the other bank of Neva-river. Iconic symbols of the city! Note that its late in the evening, but the sky is well-lit: the famouse White Nights season is still on.
We have seen less masked folks today... but still plenty of them on the streets.

@tatdt, всякий раз я его разглядываю, и оно меня смутно раздражает. наверное фокус надо было на тот берег а не спортсмена. кто здесь главный? что ты думаешь...
Фокус на спортсмена. Дальний план размыт либо сильнее, либо слабее, чем нужно. То есть было бы хорошо либо всё сделать одинаково резким, либо сделать достаточно выраженный контраст между резким, в фокусе, спортсменом на фоне размытого заднего плана. Фокус на тот берег здесь не очень хорошо бы сработал, тогда лучше, чтобы никаких спортсменов и прохожих вообще в кадре не было, иначе они мутными пятнами вышли бы.
Дальний план размыт сильнее, чем нужно. <- sic!
не очень ясно почему так вышло. телевик же, должен был бы вообще все отделить и в щи размыть. ан нет. вышло ни то ни сё.
