Hello Steemians
Managing different accounts because of various tribes can really be tough at times especially for those who prefers manual curation a lot. In that way preserving the VP is indeed sth of a problem. Like sometimes we do forget about that and that VP does not get used as stay stagnant for the time being.
While what I am trying to say is we can not be online at all times due to some issues (at least for many of us ) so it should help in both you and the content creator that you want to support, put some good content creators in Auto votes or follow some communities curation trail who are supporting good contents.
Besides this are just my thoughts that I do like to share with you guys !!

Maybe I'm not the one who is utilizing VP properly. I can feel that.
I usually vote for some of my favorite authors and people from different communities. I don't know if I can manage to handle several accounts coz maybe I would not get that much time. But yeah, it's a good strategy.
Content creating takes away most of my time. I go through my feed for half an hour maybe. And discovering everyone's content in this period is not possible.
