Recently I was listening to an audiobook in which they said that life is full of problems and that many times we solve one and then we get into another, and that is why it is necessary to choose wisely the type of situations in which we are immersed.
As I have written on other occasions, we cannot control the weather, the mood of another person, and many other things, but we can choose where to focus our attention, motivation, and what struggles we give more or less importance.
Is it worth thinking for 3 days in a row why the cashier at the supermarket was not nice? This is an unnecessary worry because maybe the girl or guy was just having a bad day, so we must choose what issues to focus our attention or emotions on.

Bienvenidos a mi blog.
Hace poco escuchaba un audiolibro en el que decían que la vida está llena de problemas y que muchas veces resolvemos uno y luego nos metemos en otro, y por eso es necesario elegir sabiamente el tipo de situaciones en las que estamos inmersos.
Como he escrito en otras ocasiones, no podemos controlar el clima, el estado de ánimo de otra persona y muchas otras cosas, pero sí podemos elegir dónde centrar nuestra atención, motivación y a qué luchas le damos más o menos importancia.
¿Vale la pena pensar durante 3 días seguidos por qué la cajera del supermercado no fue amable? Esto es una preocupación innecesaria porque tal vez la chica o el chico sólo estaba teniendo un mal día, así que debemos elegir en qué cuestiones centrar nuestra atención o emociones.
