Hive Power & Resource Credit
To interact with the network, send posts, comment, make threads, among others, you use the Resource Credit in your account, which regenerates over time.
To have RC you need HP. HP is Hive Power, basically it is the staked Hive token. As your need to post more increases, or the number of transactions is more than available, you will have to increase your HP using Hive.
Inleo
The leofinance restructuring platform is now known as the twitter of hive. Here you can create threads and interact with other users through comments.
Leo's stake is quite important. There is expected to be a distribution of rewards from ads that will be proportional to the amount of oil you have. Furthermore, the more LEO you have, the better regarded you are in the community, because it shows that you believe in the project by holding the token.
Post & Contest
In addition to threads, you have the basic type of sharing information in the hive which are posts. To make a post, you just need to choose a Front-end, which is the place where you will edit, write and finally send your post to the blockchain.
One of the best ways to start on the hive for those who don't yet have a specific niche or don't know what to say is to create contest posts. This is because they give you guidance on what to say, how to say it, from then on you get used to writing and having a structure in your text. Not to mention that at the beginning few people know you, so the incentive to participate and fulfill the contest requirements will help you gather some HP.

Tags
In the past, many people focused on tags that gave tokens, but this has changed. Your first 5 tags are very important, because they will tell the “world” what your post is about. The other last 5 are your choice and can be used as an extra. Some extra tags are: PIMP, leo, pob, neoxian, archon.
If you are going to write a post in Portuguese, don't forget to use the hivebr tag, because this way the curators of the Hive BR community will be able to analyze your post and if it complies you can get an extra vote.
Communities
It is very important when sending your post to choose the community that best fits the general subject of your text. Ex: If you write about splinterlands, submit your post in the splinterlands community. If your post is in Portuguese, send it to HiveBR.
If your content fits into more than one community, use repost and send it to both. Pay attention to community guidelines, as some do not accept reposted posts.
Ecency Tip
ecency has two very interesting features. The first is the boost where with 150 points you can have the chance to receive $1 curation. To receive points you need to interact with the front-end: comment, like, send posts. Another way to earn points is by delegating HP to Ecency.
The second is promotion, you choose the number of days and pay corresponding points so that your post appears in various places on the ecency. It's a way to promote another good post that you want more people to see.

O stake de Leo é bastante importante. Está previsto para vir uma distribuição de recompensas dos ads que vai ser proporcional a quantidade de leo que você tem. Além disso, quanto mais LEO você tem, mais bem visto na comunidade você é, porque isso mostra que você acredita no projeto por estar holdando o token.
Post & Contest
Além das threads, você tem o tipo básico de compartilhar informação na hive que são os posts. Para fazer um post basta você escolher um Front-end, que é o local que vai editar, escrever e por fim enviar seu post para a blockchain.
Uma das melhores formas de começar na hive para quem ainda não tem um nicho específico ou ainda não sabe o que falar é criar posts de contests. Isso porque eles te dão um direcionamento do que falar, como falar, a partir daí você já se acostuma a escrever e ter uma estrutura no seu texto. Sem falar que no início pouca gente te conhece, então o incentivo de participar e cumprir os requisitos dos contests vão te ajudar a juntar um pouco de HP.

Antigamente muita gente focava em tags que davam tokens mais isso tem mudado. As suas 5 primeiras tags são muito importantes, porque elas que vão dizer para o “mundo” qual o assunto do seu post. Já as outras 5 últimas vão da sua escolha e pode ser usadas para um extra. Algumas tags extras são: PIMP, leo, pob, neoxian, archon.
Se você for escrever um post em portugues não esqueça de usar a tag hivebr, porque assim os curadores da comunidade Hive BR vão conseguir analisar o seu post e se estiver dentro dos conformes você pode ganhar um voto extra.
Comunidades
É muito importante na hora de enviar o seu post de escolher a comunidade que mais se encaixa com o assunto geral do seu texto. Ex: Se você escrever sobre splinterlands, mande seu post na comunidade splinterlands. Se o seu post é em português mande na HiveBR.
Se o seu conteúdo se encaixa em mais de uma comunidade, usa o repost e envia nas duas. Fique atento sobre as diretrizes das comunidades, porque algumas não aceitam posts reenviados.
Dica Ecency
A ecency tem duas funcionalidades muito interessantes. A primeira é o boost que com 150 pontos você consegue ter a chance de receber $1 de curadoria, para receber pontos você precisa interagir com a front-end: comentar, dar like, enviar posts. Outra forma de ganhar pontos é delegando HP para a Ecency.
A segunda é o promote, você escolhe a quantidade de dias e paga pontos correspondentes para que o seu post apareceça em vários lugares da ecency. É uma forma de divulgar mais um post bom e que você quer que mais pessoas vejam.
