Hello Steem World
I'm quite fortunate to be able to share my Steem experience to a group of my students at the last session of my lecture as it correlates with the topic of the lecture which is Social Media.
I utilize the remaining time I had to introduce them about @Steem, @Steemit, @dtube, @partiko and @actifit. They were really excited to hear about Steem and Steemit for the first time and cannot wait to learn more.
A short and brief introduction didn't seem enough and their reaction knowing Steem for the first time is priceless.
All of them awed on how wonderful it is to be able to earn just by making a post and commenting. Funny thing is that they keep on saying that to me. Lol.
I explained to them how wonderful and powerful an Upvote can be in Steem as compared to the Likes on Facebook. They never thought that something like this exists.
Ultimately, they agree with me on how bad a centralized application such as Facebook or Instagram can invade our privacy.
I will organize a specific workshop about Steem to them probably around the end of April since they keen to have a workshop on this. I'm gonna plan this and make it happen!
Looking ways to market Steem is my favourite problem.
