Deep within the darkest recesses of our planet, right at this very moment, a churning molten engine of thermal energy burns away. It sorta makes me wonder if most planets are like this? I have heard that some planets are pure ice, and i would imagine that the same goes for their inner cores. Some planets are even made of pure diamond, imagine that! To think that one of our most coveted substances here on earth is not only commonplace in other parts of the universe, but some diamonds are planet sized! That kinda puts things in perspective doesn't it?
