Description from Strava: @running
Interesting session. It's not often I take a bit of time off. I've been messing around with BFR for a few years now and was able to do a interesting test. I did the same run Tuesday and today both fully rested. Both same warmup, incline and increasing pace. Tuesday definitely felt easier than today and average heart rate was almost 20 beats higher today.
BFR is a little weird and the research is mostly done as part of rehabilitation. I still think there is something in it, but it's a struggle to find a proper recommendation on how to implement it in training.
