By getting into crypto I mean buying your first coins. So even if you were eying crypto back in 2014 but haven't pulled the trigger and actually bought some coins like myself, it doesn't count!

I mined btc with a friend in 2012. Lost the wallet of course. I think me mined 4 lol.
Shieeet man! That must sting. I would go crazy, probably bald also, and most likely would have to enroll in a mental institution, lol.
well put it this way. I honestly think I would have sold once btc got to $500 or so. I tell myself that there is no way I would have hung on to it and I think I'm being pretty honest with myself about it. We do go on searches for that wallet from time to time but that shit is gone lol

i got my first crypto coin in the first month in 2018, and it was steem. i bought my first btc and converted it to steem i think in the end of 2018.
Nice, Steem really is the gateway drug to crypto. Glad to hear you got involved in crypto because of Steem.
the thing with steem is, that it is still complicated with all the keys and stuff but it is much easier than others because you don't really think about wallets and exchanges in the beginning. you can get some crypto and than start to learn about it :D
