Do you Believe Bidbots should be allowed?
People use bidbots to buy votes, in doing this they artificially increase their reputation and reach the trending pages. Steemit is supposed to reward good content and reputation must be earned, now both is bought.
The reward pool is also affected negatively by the use of bidbots.

While I totally understand the criticism of the bidbots when it comes to Content Creators and I am sad they are dominating so much. I absolutely think they should be allowed and I think many do not understand that this is one of the few actual business cases we have.
The bidbots allow investors to make a return on investment, allows content creators to promote their blogs and more recently non-community members have signed up and promoted a project as a Marketing action.
There will be no money in Steem if we do not allow for cash flow back into the Steem Economy.

I used to think that they shouldn't in the beginning because it is wired concept.
As I'm only using my feed and the "New" tab on occasion, it doesn't bother me at all.
That is part of what makes Steem interesting to me. To see all the stuff people can come up with

But you can't effectively forbid them in the actual system. Maybe with some other reforms, or forks, it could be possible in the future.

Yes : I believe bidbots in some ways also add value to this platform in ways of rewarding those that takes their time to write good contents in other for them to make something from their hardwork @rynow

I am against bidbots, but I am really trying to understand them from within. I believe that this is a long-living discussion. I myself have few articles written about that, and in the latest one, I am reporting on my experience trying to use bidbot. Reporte on numbers, gain/loss, efficiency. Still. I am against them.
