The soup provides a lot of energy and vitamins to the body and is vital for health, in addition to the variety of ways in which we can prepare it, for example with chicken, with lizard, with fish, although the latter is not to my taste, I actually prefer eat fish out of soup.

But today I am going to prepare a chicken soup and it is the first time that I have made soup, so I decided to prepare myself very well, as long as I consulted my wife, so I went to buy the vegetables and seasonings, because although I have not prepared it, if I have an idea of ​​how to do it.

I got home and poured the water with the chicken and salt, after an hour I began to chop all the vegetables after having washed them well, and the first thing I put in were the carrots because they are tougher, so that they soften and so on. the less hard, as I like well chopped.

you know? There are people who chop vegetables too thick and I don't like that, I chop them small because children like it better that way. I also chopped the dressings as small as possible, and after a while, the aroma began to permeate the entire house.

While the weather helped to be more relaxed because it started to get cloudy as if it were going to rain. At the end of the soup I started to prepare some arepas for cimoleta4 the soup and I served it to cool down a bit since it was just boiled, and I can tell you that it passed the test. The soup was quite delicious, so much so that the children left nothing and almost ate their plate 😅
