Hi friends! how are you? I hope you all are well. I want to share my wonderfull exprience with street food in the ‘city of joy’. More or less all of us love to eat street food. No matter how much home cooked food we consume, food satisfaction remains incomplete without a taste of street food. In fact, all of us food lovers are constantly in search of satisfaction and fulfillment, which is often fulfilled through street food. Currently, many state food centers have been established in the neighorhood alleys. Although there are numerous street food stalls, the taste of certain special foods attracts people.
In this context, I would like to highlight my city, which is called the city of joy. My city, Tilottam Kolkata, is unique in terms of art and culture, hosting many fairs in India. This city is renowned for its food, as well as its art and culture. Particularly, the small restaurants and food stalls built along the roadside offer a wide variety of delicious food, making them stand out among few places in the world. The famous food here is of world-class quality, easily attracting any food lover.
There are many popular food items that deserve to be mentioned specially in the city of Kolkata. Some of them are Kathi roll, Puchka (pani puri), Mughlai cuisine, Ghugni, Kochuri Alu Kosa, Desi Chinese, Dragon Chicken, Misti Dahi (Sweet yogurt), Momos, Motton Kabiraj Cutlet, Schezwan Chicken, Fish Fry, Ghoti Garam, and many more.
Kolkata has many famous restaurants known for their signature dishes. Some of thse renowned restaurants include Bhuter Raja Dilo Bor, Kabab E Que, What’s Up Cafe, Flame and Grill, Fire and Ice, Kaidi Kitchen, Marco Polo, Tung Fung, Hatari Restaurant, Golbari, Arsalan Restaurant, and many more.
For those who are planning a trip to Kolkata in future, I would inspire them to not only experience the art and culture but also enjoy the pleasure of the diverse and tasty food in renowned restaurants of the city.
