Hello! I bring you the mastered version of another story that I wroted and drew in collaboration with my boyfriend "A new race", you can say that it's kind of a paralel universe of the x-men with the mutant and stuff, I should quote from the previous post "It is very special for me because the idea of the story was given to me by my partner, who always told me he wasn't creative at all but look, he imagined this incredible world, I just took care to accommodate all his ideas in something more concrete. His face of happiness when I showed it to him along with the drawings was spectacular and it really was something that I enjoyed doing. I already started writing the next part..." there basically says it all, (another story that maybe I don't continue heheps) and, with respect to the second part I done it but it get burned along with my laptop, so... I hope you enjoy this one until I figure how to rescue it or redo it ....

James walking out the flames of the correctional
-The smell of burning exalted him and the smoke flooded the whole room-, They were really going to escape from that filthy hole, his breathing accelerated together with the screams of the convicts filled more and more the environment, he could hear Slam scream his name several times followed by a loud laugh, the damn bastard was enjoying a lot of lashing against the guards who had boasted so much of their power before them, if only they had known what they were capable of...
James ran to where he could hear the laughter, it was an almost surreal scene, eluding the heat and chaos contained in the site, a real show, stopped when he saw his friend who, despite his fragile appearance of someone tall and thin, he was a very dangerous subject, the most characteristic of his person was the toothpick he always had in his mouth, the fascinating thing was how he could turn it into an acid bullet. He showed him his huge, yellow-toothed smile as he smashed the head of a man who tried to stab him, into the wall.

-"Jaime, it taked you too long to come here" - Slam said to james as he dropped the body to the ground, almost not noticing that he had just knocked out more than 12 people, he spited the floor and watched as his spit melted the concret.
-"I see you did not waste your time while I was coming here. Let's flee at once, I heard some guards talking about the reinforcements approaching" - he passed over the people lying on the ground, running on the way to the secret exit.
Someone once said that smells bring back memories, to James this phrase means much more than to ordinary people, he observed his reflection in the dirty mirror of the bathroom, his eyes looked empty and without expression, it had been 4 years since he had escaped from the juvenile correctional and that disturbed him a little bit, he turned on the sink faucet to wash his face but he only watched as the brown water went down the drain, desisting of the idea he left that place. He hated the smoke of the cigarette and the bar was full of it, he asked for a drink quite expensive having in mind how repulsive the place was, waiting to be able to clear his mind from the ghosts that hunted him.
The lights, the people, the noise, everything felt like a dream, totally abstracted from reality perceiving how he walked among the crowd without being noticed, he was alone and after that thought he left the bar. The sun was
rising early in the morning, in the silence of the alleyway his ears still echoed, he put his hands in his pockets and went to his home or what was left of that. The streets lit with all sorts of colors were too striking, the energy of the environment varied between homeless mixed with sorrow, alcohol and perhaps a little shit, whores with their many perfumes trying to cover the shame of their work, some of them charged "extras" for the skills that ordinary humans could not even imagine.

The world had always been a chaos, James remembered it from his "many" memories, the repulsion towards them, the other category, the rare, the monsters and infinities of more names, at only the age of 21 years old he already had the experience of many lives, allowing his perspective to be much wider than the rest, endangering his own sanity.
He sighed when he saw the house from the other street, the lights were off, he thought of his mother that he hadn't seen since he entered the correctional, how scared he was when his gifts began to sprout, in his father, killed by him ... The place was as he remembered it, nothing had changed, except for the fact that nobody had been in that place for a long time and that surprised him, when he went to his mother's room he saw that all of her clothes were still there. dust and moisture, he didn't understand anything, feeling tired he collapsed on the ground clenching his eyes, the tears threatened to go out, he felt anger and a bitterness that began to grow more and more inside him, so much than he decided to walk away from the house and the bitter memory of his childhood as his power made the ground to swallow his old home
