Höjentorp

Höjentorp in Valle Härad

Between the cities Skara and Skövde lies the beautifully situated Höjentorp in Valle Härad in the province of Västergötland. The hilly landscape is famous for its countless hills and small lakes. Höjentorp is part of a larger nature reserve, Höjentorp-Drottningkullens nature reserve. For the nature lovers, the area is rich in a diverse fauna. When we were there Ramslöken bloomed, which is a real delicacy, and which in recent years sailed into many chefs' favorite lists. Today's pictures are a continuation of our stay in the country.

Mellan städerna Skara och Skövde ligger det vackert belägna Höjentorp i Valle Härad i landskapet Västergötland. Det småkuperade landskapet är berömt för sina otaliga kullar och småsjöar. Höjentorp ingår i ett större naturreservat, Höjentorp-Drottningkullens naturreservat. För den naturälskande är området rikt på en skiftande fauna. När vi var där blommade Ramslöken som är en riktig delikatess och som under de senaste åren seglat in på många kockars favoritlistor.

Dagens bilder är en fortsättning på vår vistelse på landet.
