RE: Generation gap creates differences in thoughts

When I’m in Tokyo I naturally fall asleep at 1 or 2 AM but if I go to the countryside I can sleep as early as 8 or 9 🤣

I think it has to do with the scope of our social life and how intertwined work and play is, in addition to addictions like you mentioned.

If I went to sleep at 9 in Tokyo I wouldn’t have a social life 😆 I want to move to the country but on my terms, with my own business, not as an employee.

As for other differences, I think if people are living the life they want and not hurting other people or themselves, anything is ok. 1 AM doesn’t feel unhealthy to me, but 4 AM does. And I use my phone a lot every day but I can also put it down and not touch it easily, I don’t check it compulsively. And if I did, that’s my problem that I want to fix but it’s not always my parents or grandparents business because they have their own problems and addictions too 🙃
