Fiends, Happy Thursday everyone.
Today was just like the previous day. That is, the level of heat has not decreased a bit but has increased a little more. Already in different countries of the world, news is being spread about the same issue. It is really uncomfortable news for us, where all the past records are being broken in terms of temperature rise, just like where there is extreme rainfall.
I read in the newspaper today that red alert has been issued in many areas due to rising heat and everyone is advised to stay in safe places. In fact, such terrible encroachment on the environment is making our quality of life more difficult.
Today I will share with you a delicious recipe but using the shortcut method, which can be cooked quickly as well as save fuel. And that's why I make this recipe sometimes and try to save fuel over time. See we can cut costs in many cases if we try, it's not too difficult.
Just like sponge gourd is my favorite vegetable, small chela fish is also my favorite fish. Although many people don't like small fish, I like small fish as much as I eat big fish. Hope you like today's recipe as before.
Recipe Ingredients-
- Sponge gourd
- Small chela fish
- Onion
- Raw chilies
- Coriander leaves
- Turmeric powder
- Chilli powder
- Coriander powder
- Ginger garlic paste
- salt
- Oil.
Recipe preparation phase-
First I took a pan on the table, then I poured oil in it and put chopped onions and all the spices in it.
Then I spread all the masalas by hand, then again with the sponge gourd slices. The stove has not been set on fire yet.
After that I added the cleaned small fishes and re-mixed all the ingredients with light water.
Then I added green chillies and coriander leaves. Now I will put them in the oven and turn on the fire and cover it with a lid for some time.
When the water dries up, I will check if the sponge gourd and the fish have been boiled, if it is boiled, then take it out for serving.
Ready our today's delicious recipe, As the cooking is completed quickly, fuel is also saved a lot. It tastes great when cooked this way. See what the scene looks like before serving.
