After my monthly pregnancy checkup at the hospital, I have decided to prepare a delicious and nutritious lunch. We headed to the Wet Market to procure the freshest ingredients for our lunch!

First on the menu is Tilapia Fish, renowned for its delicate and flaky texture. Next, we have the Upo Vegetable, also known as bottle gourd or calabash. Its mild flavor and tender texture make it an excellent addition to our lunch. As a special treat, I fried some Tokwa and cooked a few Okra, which I absolutely love to dip in sauce.
